- Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
- We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and secure bank transfers.
- For wholesale or white-label orders, production starts after written confirmation and approved samples.
2. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship worldwide with trusted couriers.
- Delivery to European destinations usually takes 7 to 14 business days.
- You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
3. Returns and Exchanges
- European customers can return unused products within 14 days of receiving their order.
- Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
- Custom-made or white-label products are non-returnable unless there’s a manufacturing issue.
- Refunds are issued once the item is inspected and approved.
4. Product Authenticity and Quality
All our products are made from genuine sheep or camel leather, organically processed, and export certified.
Each item is handcrafted, so slight variations in color or texture may occur. This is part of the natural character of real leather.
5. White-Label and Retail Orders
- Retailers and distributors can place private-label orders with custom branding and packaging.
- Each project is managed through a written agreement covering quantities, design, pricing, and timelines.
- Production begins once the sample is approved and an advance payment is received.
- Our white-label services fully comply with European labeling and trade regulations.
6. Liability
We are responsible for the quality and safe shipment of our products.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs, local carriers, or resale issues after delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
All product designs, photos, and branding on this website belong to S.A. Brothers.
Retailers approved for white-label production may use materials and branding only within their agreed scope.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here.
